1. Data Collection Policy

RowaMind requests microphone permission strictly to provide the voice reminder experience. Your audio recordings are never stored permanently on our servers; they are processed momentarily to convert speech into reminder data.

Your reminders are saved locally in encrypted device storage (AsyncStorage). Optional cloud sync via our PostgreSQL server is encrypted in transit and at rest.

2. Notification Permissions

Local notifications are used to alert you when your reminders are due. These alerts are scheduled locally on your device without sharing data with third-party advertising networks.

3. Data Security & Your Rights

In compliance with GDPR and relevant data protection laws, you retain full rights to access, modify, and delete your data at any time. You can purge all data via the in-app settings or through our /delete-account web page.
